INTRODUCTION

Today we are living in an era of competition, jealousy, and social media. Social media has now been an unreplaceable part of our lives. There is pressure on people to include social media in their day-to-day lives. And this is the reason people are now more interested in others' life rather than themselves. There is a rush between people. Among all this chaos people have to forget to LIVE, to CARE, and most important to be HAPPY. People are so busy running in their lives that they have forgotten how to live their present moment. And all these have only led people to stress and anxiety. Anxiety to run and live. People are not living their lives for themselves but according to others.


BACK STORY

Let's understand this in a short situation

There was a student who just entered his class 8th. He was good in science so his parents thought let's make our kid a DOCTOR and they thought if he starts today they will ace all his exams as he has so much time in his hands to prepare and it is also said IT'S ALWAYS GOOD TO START EARLY and they followed it. The student took admission to a prestigious coaching and a dummy school and his parents were so happy. Day by day pressure was increasing and the student was frustrated his fellow friends who were enjoying their memorable school days used to feel bad for that boy that how much pressure he was bearing his friends tried talking him that he should not let so much stress and should take it to slow these school days are very precious and he should enjoy this & he can prepare even after tenth class. The student knew that he was not able to concentrate and was constantly under pressure that he was not feeling stable. He started getting negative thoughts like will he be able to clear exams in the future. Will he disappoint his parents? He will screw his career. The student was feeling so low and helpless that he was not able to focus even on a single task. He was Regretting the decision of joining coaching so early. He regretted the decision of leaving school and friends. He understood that if he didn't take so much pressure from the future he would have enjoyed his present so well. He would have made so many memories with his friends. And all this only gave him regret.

Has anyone thought about what is the mantra for a great and happy life?

Why do we have to choose positivity over negativity?

All these questions should only be answered by you

There is no such fixed recipe for living a happy life. It all depends on how you take your life forward. Life is all about figuring out.

Everyone wants to make a great future, and a great career but they don't want to enjoy the in-between process. Because people are so busy thinking about the outcome that forgets to give 100% to their present.

One should know that how you take action in your present moment that will only define your future. Thinking always about the next step will only put you regret and waste time.

MINDFUL EXERCISES


Meditation, yoga, and breathing exercises are an aid in our lives

These methods help us to stay calm and focused. It's common to deviate from our work and lives but these exercises help us to align our thoughts and be more present in our work.


READING


Reading has now been a part of my life for many years. And I can assure you this changes the game. We often just waste our free time on social media which only hampers our brains and gives us negativity and anxiety. I would suggest replacing this social media time with reading books as this would keep your mind free and fresh. This would help us in gaining positivity. Reading also helps in just living in the current moment and enjoying it


SOCIAL MEDIA DETOX


Today just remove all the people from your handles who don't make you feel good about yourself. Don't keep such people in your life who give you negativity.


BEING AROUND YOUR PEOPLE


Spend time with your family and friends who keep you happy. As this will help you to focus more on positivity and think less negatively. Be with people who uplift you and think good about you.


In the end, I would say - Living in the present, focusing on the good, and enjoying the process are the MANTRAS OF POSITIVITY
